Thai-Sting Basil Chicken

3 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tbsp. BeeSting Brand Pepper Sauce
3/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp. fish sauce (typical Asian bottled style)
5 cloves garlic sliced
5 sliced scallions
Put chicken breasts in freezer until firm but not frozen solid. Cut chicken into thin slices. Heat up pan (preferably a wok -- the kind with a handle like a frying pan are best). Add oil and stir-fry garlic and scallions until tender but not brown, about 1-2 minutes.
Add chicken and stir fry until cooked through. Add BeeSting Brand Pepper Sauce. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute more. (Avoid intentionally inhaling the fumes of cooking pepper sauces). Stir in basil and fish sauce, mixing thoroughly.. Serve over jasmine rice. Serve Thai Iced Tea.
