Mad Dog Teriyaki Hot Sauce Kabobs

1 lb boneless chicken breast

1 green or red peppers

3 small onions

1 can pineapple chunks

2 corgettes

12 mushrooms

Mad Dog Teriyaki Hot Sauce


Cut chicken and vegetables into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubed pieces (this helps cook food more evenly). Mix Mad Dog Teriyaki Sauce and pineapple juice from can and marinate ingredients for 1 hour then skewer them.

Cook over a hot fire, turn and baste often with marinade.
