Enchiladas from Hell

1 1/2 lbs cooked and shredded chicken or beef
2 tsp butter
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 4 oz can diced green chillies
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp oregano
4 tblsp Habanero Hot Sauce From Hell
4 cups enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 corn tortillas
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft, add chicken or beef and mix well.
Blend together green chiles, chile powder, oregano, 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, Hot Sauce From Hell and salt to taste, blend with meat and set aside.
Grease a 9/13" pan, and place each tortilla in a bowl of enchilada sauce and coat well; then lay in pan. Place 2-4 tblsp meat mixture in each tortilla and 2 tblsp cheese; roll and place seam down.
When finished cover with remaining enchilada sauce, sprinkle with Hot Sauce From Hell and top with cheese.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes of until hot and bubbly. ENJOY!
