Devil's Revenge Wild Rice

1 tbsp butter or margarine

1 clove

1/2 cup fresh chopped onion

1 cup uncooked wild rice

500g fresh sliced mushrooms

3 cups chicken broth

2 tblsp Hot Sauce from Hell Devil's Revenge

1/2 cup Slivered almonds


Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees centigrade.  Melt butter in a large saucepan.  Saute mushrooms, onion, garlic, almonds and rice; stirring until mushrooms are tender.  Pour rice mixture into a shallow baking dish, stir in chicken broth and Hot Sauce From Hell Devil's Revenge.  Cover and bake for 1-1.5 hours or until rice is tender.
