Blair's Sauces and Snacks are a New Jersey based, leading gourmet food company specialising in hot sauces and spicy snacks. Blair's holds the Guinness World Record for the "World's Hottest" food product and his Death Sauces are recognized by the famous dangling skull hanging from every bottle.
The sauces range from the more modest heat of Sweet Death to the extreme heat of Ultra Death Sauce. The hotter sauces have pepper extract added for additional heat.
