Dried Chillies and Chilli Mash

Our range of dried chillies are whole pods, which retain more flavour than crushed chillies. The drying process results in the chillies becoming 2-10 times hotter due to the shrinkage in size.  


They can be simply crumbled into food; but for best results, toast them in a medium heat frying pan or roast in an oven and then place in a bowl and cover with hot water to rehydrate before adding to food.
