This is a really smooth sauce and you can tell it's made using the freshest ripe Jalapeno Peppers. The burn is mild and pleasant, rather than ferocious!
So far, we have added it to scrambled eggs and used it as a dipping sauce for chicken wings. It's an amazing sauce and, if you are used to the regular sauces you can get at the local supermarket, then you are in for a real taste sensation!
