Iguana Mean Green Hot n' Tasty Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
Features a very delicate balance between the moderate heat of the Jalapeño pepper and its unique, fresh, "grassy" flavour. Hot n' tasty is where it's at: the first wave of flavour here is the fabulous onion, garlic and Jalapeño blend, followed a few seconds into the wave with a perfect dose of Jalapeño heat. Iguana Mean Green rules in all seafood, chicken and pork dishes, not to mention eggs, beans and rice, soups, chili and in marinades for the grill.
Ingredients: Jalapeño peppers, carrots, onions, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, and corn starch.
Iguana Radioactive Atomic Pepper Sauce
The top-secret firestorm pepper blend. So you like it hot, did you? A full 50% hotter than our Iguana XXX, this blistering blend of "top secret" hot peppers, with a total pepper content of 65%, is definitely not for the faint of heart. In fact, this sauce is pretty much as hot as we think can be tolerated by any sort of reasonably sane person. Crafted from fresh, natural ingredients in a kitchen, it's a great sauce for a natural pepper high when you just feel like cutting loose and experimenting with spontaneous combustion. It's actually very tasty as well, with a bright lime, carrot, onion and garlic base. Super-naturally hot and all-natural, too.
Ingredients: Habañero peppers, Cayenne peppers and Tabasco peppers, carrots, onions, lime juice, corn vinegar, lime juice, tomato paste, salt and garlic.
Iguana Red Cayenne Pepper Sauce
The result of years of worldly misadventure by our guerrilla R & D team, who'd otherwise be just a couple'a aging, unemployed surf bums. One such folly involved an overly curious howler monkey, a sackful of Cayenne peppers, and a very hungry green iguana and the local 'Guardia', the latter whom didn't see the humor of the situation...guess ya' had to be there. Damn good on: fish, meats, eggs, ethnic specialties, poultry, soups, red & black beans, cheese, chili & marinades. Moderately Hot.
Ingredients: Cayenne peppers, carrots, tomato paste, onions, garlic, vinegar, cane sugar, corn starch, salt and molasses.
