An outstanding hot sauce with a taste of mango, Habañero and lemon. The first impression is of mango juice, but it is swiftly followed by a nice Habañero flavour and a good heat. Screamin' Blue Hen makes everything taste better - from chili to chicken wings. Really nice with seafood and poultry.
Ingredients: Mango, lemon juice, Habañero pepper mash, fresh ginger and Kosher salt.
