The Makers Say...
We believe this to be one of the hottest natural preserves in the world. We use Bramley Apples, Sugar & Naga Morich peppers to create a sweet and fiercely hot preserve. Three shredded nagas per jar give Nagalade the feel and texture of a marmalade and a burn which just keeps on going!
Nagalade is great with strong cheese, or used as a glaze for roasted meats. It will melt into couscous or rice too, for a little bit of extra zing.
