We start with exceptional ingredients like aged tamari (soy sauce). This secret ingredient is stored in wooden barrels and slow aged for three years underground in Japan, adding flavours and undertones that carry descriptions normally associated with fine wines. We then enhance the sauce with toasted sesame oil, add a zing of fresh ginger and garlic, a zap of chile extract and just the right amount of sweet honey, and suddenly you're howling for more.

A deliciously rich hot sauce that's perfect with oriental cuisine. Use straight out of the bottle or for marinating and stir fry dishes. Great as a dipping sauce on fish, sushi, beef, pork or poultry.
