Another great sauce in the B&O Railroad collection. I use this sauce as a straight chip dip. It’s that damn good. While it is satisfactorily hot, an experienced heat lover will be able to eat it without the benefit of anything to drink or anything to take the edge off. You don’t want to take the edge off. It’s a perfect heat that lingers on your tongue and warms the gullet. Good stuff all the way around.
Ingredients: Fresh habanero peppers, vinegar, fresh lime juice, fresh onion, fresh garlic, evaporated cane juice, xanthan gum.
