This is a beautifully rich peri peri sauce, packed full of flavour. This one is the Hot version and has a really great level of heat without being overpowering. Superb sauce. Great on all meat, poultry, seafood and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients: roasted tomatoes, onion, cider vinegar, lemon juice, Peri-Peri chili peppers, canola oil, roasted garlic, sugar, salt & spices.
