A blend of fresh Cayenne peppers and Garlic, this is an excellent balance of flavour and heat. You can use it as an everyday sauce to add heat to your favourite meal.
Think Tabasco.....but with more pepper flavour (instead of vinegar) and a touch of fresh garlic.
The burn is medium, rather than ferocious!
